Hi, I saw that you purchased vsthinspiration meal plan? Should i get it? I'm really trying to lose weight. :( but i don't want to spend so much money since I already have little to spare as it is. Did it help you?
Don’t buy it! It didn’t help me at all. It’s pretty much a piece of crap!
Could I please have the 10 day challange?
Sorry! I respect her business, so you’ll have to buy it from her like everyone else is.
… And I didn’t think it was worth the $7.00 at all. Alexia is a really wonderful, nice person, but I think the term “meal plan” was a little misleading. When she said “10-day meal plan” I assumed she would be giving me a breakdown of what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner specifically, but it’s more of a guideline.
It’s just a list of rules that you should follow, and most of them I already knew. I was way more interested in seeing what kind of meal plan she had, meaning, what kinds of foods she ate.
Just throwing it out there for those who are interested in buying her 10-day meal plan!
Edit: She does mention on her FAQ page that you can choose your own foods, so I guess it’s my fault for not seeing that!
So I don’t know, I’ve been really getting into korean diet videos/tips because koreans are pretty much obsessed with their physical appearance so they have a lot of interesting tips. Found this short workout video that i LOVE! Fun and easy to follow, burns calories, and has pumping music. Do you like it? Burn 150 calories in 15 minutes, or so the title says. :)
…and didn’t even do anything productive today! I don’t deserve these brownies :(
Right now I’m a psychology major but I’ve decided that I would love to transfer into the speech language pathology program at my school. I haven’t met the prerequisites to transfer yet though, so I’ve signed up to take them next semester.
What I’m going to take:
- Calculus 1
- Anatomy and Physiology 1 with Lab
- Cognition
- Developmental Psychology
Are any of you SLP majors who have any advice for me?
Today’s intake: Today’s P90X workout was: legs and back, ab ripper x Did my workout early-ish today, but I skimped a little on the arms. I know, I know, how terrible… but I really wasn’t feeling the workout. I’m glad I tried though, and did something rather than nothing!
Today’s intake: Today’s P90X workout was: yoga x Definitely felt stronger the second time around doing yoga x. I was able to do moves better than the last time, woo!
Because I just tried cooking with quinoa today and I didn’t really enjoy the taste. :) Any tips would be helpful!
